JAMES E. VASSALOTTI II, R.A.
James is the current head of operations and has been for the past thirty years. He specializes in providing professional services to the Non-Profit sector and has completed over one thousand feasibility studies and over five hundred residential and day programs. His dedication to this industry and his clients has kept the relationship with these clients through all these years. He is often called upon to offer his expertise in the multi-faceted stages of providing housing for the disabled. In 2006, he was honored by YAI and received the "Corporate Partner of the Year" award. In 2012, he was awarded the "Corporate Achievement Honoree" from the Institute for Community Living, acknowledging his dedication ot the not-for-profit world. Prior to his involvement with this sector, he spent over ten years specializing in the commercial banking industry.
James joined his father, James E. Vassalotti, at the firm in 1971 and became a partner in 1987. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology's School of Architecture and he is registered to practice architecture in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
ADAM J. DIGIROLAMO, R.A.
Adam has more than 30 years experience providing clients with a wide range of architectural, site planning, and design services. With a focus on land use and zoning matters, including zoning variance services, he continues a focus that began at the firm back in 1939 with his grandfather, James E. Vassalotti. Clients rely on his expertise in analyzing zoning regulations and providing creative solutions regarding their development options. Adam has successfully managed over 200 service station and convenience store projects for a wide variety of clients ranging from major industry leaders such as ExxonMobil and Amoco/BP to independently owned operators throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester. In addition, with his balanced approach of big picture planning and attention to detail, health care clients rely on Adam for design services and construction supervision, overseeing projects with an eye towards cost consciousness and adherence with budgetary concerns without sacrificing quality of construction or established completion deadlines.
Adam has been a member of the firm since 1982 and a Partner since 1994. He is a 1983 graduate of New York Institute of Technology, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology, Summa Cum Laude.

CHRISTOPHER BARBAGLI, R.A., LEED-GA, CPHD
Christopher, representing the 3rd generation of the Vassalotti family, has been with the firm since 1996 upon graduating from The Catholic University of America's School Architecture in Washington, D.C.. In 2009, he became a partner in the firm. Christopher received his architectural license from New York State in 2009. In an effort to keep current with the evolving, inevitable trends, he turned his focus toward the sustainable design side of architecture. He has since received a LEED-GA certification from the United State Green Building Council, Washington, D.C., as well as a certification as a Passive House Designer from the Passivhaus Institut, Darmstadt, Germany. At the firm he focuses on the design, planning, presentation, and construction documentation of community residences of varying scales, as well as schools, medical clinics, and corporate interiors.
